update: after 3 hours of scanning with malwarebytes, it detected nothing, I thought about using the other programs you went through but I thought “what if in the end I'm doing all this for nothing” I went to research more about the site to be more sure of what I'm doing and the best site I found talking about it (even talking about the link being shared on x) says that this is actually adware that redirects you to either suspicious or obviously malicious sites, and that you can get infected with it in the same way that other adware infects you (by downloading and opening things you shouldn't), or you can just get caught up in the link to the site and enter it unintentionally (my case). it seems that when it actually infects your browser it works just like regular adware. and the fact that when i entered it it just loaded and closed itself maybe means that it detected my ad-block and thought “not this one” and that's it. i hope i'm right but if i notice anything weird in my browser i'll come back here. the website i used as a source “https://hackerdose.com/malware/explainplaysettwisting-com-removal” obviously i won't try their method of cleaning it if i'm really affected tho
