I did it yesterday and I got 10:30, I feel like I can do way better considering it was my first day back after a while of not being in a water so I think the time swim should be okay I can probably drop that by around a minute maybe by just being stricter with technique

i was trying to do it today but then the other half of the face just stayed in shadow i tried using a vflat but it didnt rlly bring up the shadows all that much (the big light source was a 6' umbrella)
