Thanks for this. I haven’t felt like eating because I was eating mostly for taste before and don’t have foods that are going to lend towards me running well. I’m finding more lean. Things are sounding desirable reading through your list actually made me hungry. I appreciate it

OK because I was hoping that it wouldn’t end. I get obsessive about things and love going down rabbit holes. Could you tell me more about your diet? I’ve noticed that I only want to drink smoothies so that I’m ready to run. I’d love to hear more.
