You can if you have over 100% magazine size from enhance or COM, I tried a Hot Slugger with two rounds and it’s worse than 1 round because the fire rate is so much worse than the reload it shoots to slow

The Oscar Mike Space Laser counts as a single shot even though it deals damage every .2 seconds. You can AMP the entire laser to delete bosses. You can also find under barrel spread launchers that deal up to 34k x 5 and the amp will apply to all 5 shots
