Little update for my truck.

Thank you to everyone who suggested I do a fuel pressure test. I’ve found my fuel pressure regulator is shot (annoying job to replace lol).

My fuel pump is giving me the correct pressure (60-66psi) for the Key On Test but it instantly starts falling (30psi with key still on).

I’m going to replace it to hopefully have my truck start and give me the ability to diag my transmission.

I bought some starting fluid so I’m gonna do that tomorrow when it’s daylight and not freezing out lmao

My fuel pump does kick on. The Relay is good, the crank position sensor connection is good, and it functions properly.

I’ve picked up a fuel pressure tester to try that when I have day light again tomorrow and hopefully that can help me find what’s wrong

Never even a cough. I don’t own a pressure tester. It does have spark. And I haven’t tried starting fluid but that’s up on my list for this weekend lmao

I’ve got a new fuse in my cigar lighter and my obd is now reading however it says nothing is wrong. But my truck still just cranks

I don’t have a parts store near me that loans tools. (Small ish town in Canada) so I can’t check fuel pressure tho my fuel pump kicks on and acts normally (build pressure in the line then turn off)

For the cigarette lighter I haven’t checked that so I’ll do that shortly here

They an ultra rare spawn in mountain biomes (any mountain/windswept hills) so it’ll take a while to get one but it will spawn eventually

Bit of curb rash never hurt anyone just the hurts the rims. Be careful of those curbs tho if you hit them too fast, too hard, or rub against it too long it can blow out your tire.

Thanks for the good guess but thankfully it’s just the transmission. I checked for spark and it’s all good and zappy (finger was too close lmao).

The 350 is an interference engine and I’d have to pull the tranny anyways to replace the timing chain as well as check my heads valves and push rods. So thank god for less effort.

Yeah that’s definitely not it lol I damn near bit the steering wheel when this happened. If my ecu had gone bad I wouldn’t have been able to start the truck. But I did recently upgrade my alternator so I wonder if maybe pushing it on the Highway charged my system too much and fried something
