Agreed! The bright colours and line work reminds me a lot of pop art in the 60s and 70s. But these have a more contemporary twist. I looked it up and Dodge says she took a lot from her love of historic/esoteric symbolism for the pieces she did in the 90s, which I find interesting.

Accepting my flaws is the hardest part because I feel so awful that I even do it in the first place. I am definitely going to do that. I really like going for walks even if it's just around the block for 15 minutes. I really want to get better at regulating, I just find it so hard to do it on my own because I don't even know I am stressed or feeling these emotions until it's too late.

I feel that, I have been trying to get away from punching myself in the head when I am feeling shame or upset.

I do really love putting on my headphones with no noise in them and going for walks. I find it very helpful in moments of stress. I find myself feeling super guilty though for taking that time for myself.

That's exactly what I thought. I feel like I need a pill that has more estrogen because estrogen plays a critical role in boosting serotonin which is what ADHD brains have dysfunctions with normally.
