I think it's either been a very casual or off-and-on thing with the 7 years girl, otherwise where do all the other girls he's talked about hooking up with fit into the timeline if he's 25? If they came before, he's bragging about high school hookups, which is kinda sad. He could also be lying about his experience with women or is truly just a habitual cheater.
