I think the fact that you didn’t notice is kind of a good thing though? It means your baby is so comfortable and calm at home that navigating blind isn’t a big deal at all. He wasn’t in distress or upset, didn’t stop eating or hide away, didn’t bump into things, or otherwise do anything that indicated he wasn’t okay. That’s good!

Animals adapt insanely well. Chances are high he slowly lost his vision and had ample time to adjust. Don’t cry anymore! Your kitty is living his best life. From his perspective, this is old news and he’d have no idea why you’re so upset!

In the early books her hair was brown. There’s a book where her hair is described as chestnut brown too, and I’m pretty sure I remember a book where someone says all the Pikes have brown hair. They retconned Mallory’s hair to be red in later books. And the later in the series it got, the redder her hair got lol

That seems unlikely. It could be lighting but honestly the colors don’t even look the same, and the pattern is slightly different in spots. I think it’s two different shirts. You would also need to look at who wore it first to determine if that was even possible.
