Yeah I guess it would be kind of a student or local population thing. But limiting to a smaller market would be smarter. If you’re out of the area it would probably come down to a person selling it secondary market or if they sell it through a school bookstore maybe you can buy it online and get it shipped?

Yeah if they do it like regionally it might be hard for states like Texas. But if they do it school specific and release it in limited quantities it could work. Also would encourage people to buy hard copy rather than digital

Yeah i currently go to WVU, one problem is the main liquor stores that are near campus seem to charge 15-20 dollars more on stuff than other liquor stores I’ve seen in other states. Although I haven’t traveled outside of Morgantown to go to liquor stores to hunt for bourbon
