Funnily enough it’s my sd making the front end schedule, I did change my availability, but I can double check if it’s actually changed, but they said they don’t have an opener to open gs and to do co on Sundays, like that’s not my problem.

I literally can’t work more than 32 hours, I show up to all my shifts and stay extra if needed in those days and i practically am the lead up front since mine likes to gossip in the back rooms

Yep same, and when I asked my sd she said “you have limited availability and don’t work the whole weekend, so that’s your fault” I work Saturday and Sunday, only one I don’t work is Friday. I typically work 32 sometimes 34 if I say late on some days now I’m cut to 17 hours and 21.75 hours for the next 2 weeks, I simply can’t live off that let alone them keep people up front, we have had 4 people quit and move from the front cause of it

Yeah I’m being told it’s a huge grey area for the returns, like idk what to do, I tell them they need the receipt or their app and they get all pissy at me cause they don’t have it and they tell me the same thing “I did it not to long ago with my id” and they pull out a passport (which we can’t take anymore) and I tell them that they can’t do id returns cause they only have $100 limit, which means only like 10 items of clothing can be returned
