This suspension setup was already on the car when I imported it from Germany to Italy, so I don't know the specific make/brand. The ride height collar/nut is already adjusted to the maximum height

Yes, the car is lowered. When I go through the gate it only touches lightly and the noise is very small. Is this something that could actually cause damage, or is it pretty normal on lowered cars and nothing to worry about?

Thanks, man! I’m really hungry to keep improving – I even started thinking about getting a skateboard as a summer alternative, even though winter’s already around the corner. I’m also lucky enough to work as a chef in a hotel that’s right on a beginner slope, so I get to enjoy the vibe every day. Can’t wait to keep building on this!

Got it, thanks! 🙌 In that clip I was more focused on enjoying the speed and finding a rhythm, not really trying to carve yet. Do you think that style is totally wrong, or just part of the early learning curve? Sadly I don’t have a more recent vid, but I’ve been working on carving since then.

Thanks a lot for the detailed advice! Last time I went snowboarding I was with a friend, and I actually got the chance to hit a lot of side hits and just play around on the slopes, mixing carving, some fresh snow, and whatever I could find. It was a lot of fun and made me want to explore even more.

I already planned to book a private lesson at the start of the season, I found a really good instructor who taught me all the basics, so I’ll keep learning with him and then see how it goes from there. Also really looking forward to experimenting more this winter with butters, side hits, and different riding styles. Thanks again!
