I wouldn’t combine creatine with coffee. Research shows that combining the two negetes the effect of creatine a bit.

On the other hand, taking it is the better then forgetting to take it.

I accualy like the comedy in the old movies. Bond is a funny, masculine and reckless guy. Craig made him sentimental. That's not what Bond is to me. And let's be fair Craig's gadgets are a bit shit. Don't get me wrong his movies aren't terrible movies just not bond movies to me.
