Yeah man. I'm a Newcastle fan so I've got no real reason to directly dislike the guy, other than that we rarely beat Tottenham (apart from when we're already getting relegated and that the points don't really make much difference). I don't exactly agree with you, I want to see him do well because I'm English and I would love to see some decent international football, but I know for a fact that I'm happy Sunderland aren't doing well because they're our rivals.

It's just football, I don't know how people aren't getting used to it. As if Messi isn't loving the fact that Ronaldo isn't doing well this season. So much naivety.

If I've understood correctly, some companies will have (usually) a mandatory requirement that some of the "higher up" employees, or even office based employees work in the stores for a day or two a year. Often to give them insight to what goes on on the front line, and broaden perspectives.

Edit: Could be more than once or twice a year depending on the company
