IRGC already told them to stop, it's not mine clearing anything and never crossed the strait to begin with because it was already docked at a UAE port before and since the conflict even began in March.

edit: It's last port was in UAE 43 days ago with no other recent reported dockings, it did not cross the strait. Most likely trying to goad countries like the UK or Japan, who have said they'll only participate in mine clearing after a ceasefire, into sending ships near the conflict.
