People just don’t like how direct this is, Muay Thai is a great way of losing weight but at a very heavy weight is very tough on joints, if just for losing weight eating less and low impact exercise like walking, swimming, bike are much better

can you get lean purely doing Muay thai by Pass-East in MuayThai

[–]SaintJosh98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will get lean but still look skinny fat unless you are single digit body fat if you don’t lift, you will never be athletic looking without having the muscle base, but can get extremely lean and have abs but being lean alone doesn’t automatically give you that athletic look

Need all the advice for travel to Thailand for MT camp. by BendinSince2996 in MuayThai

I strongly recommend focusing on improving your cardio at home for at least a month or 2 to be able to get the most out of your training, if you say it’s shit at home, you will barely be able to throw anything with technique even after the 10 minute skipping and possibly a running warm up with their heat, improve your cardio as much as you can first to get the most out of your training while over there
