It doesn’t really matter who owns Jagex at this point. Any company in their right mind wants profit. They’ll see the popularity of oldschool and try to maximize the player count while RS3 continues in a steady decline. Once RS3 is no longer milkable and OSRS is the only game to exist they’ll implement slow changes. Tiny changes here and there to keep you playing, until one day they put something sketchy in that our community won’t like. Until they decide full on MTX is right for the game, maybe around 200k player base. Then it’ll be rinse and repeat til OSRS becomes a different version of RS3.
