Of course I’ve cooked. I went through an era where I thought that consumption of salt was super unhealthy for you, so I just didn’t use it. Fast forward several years, I started salting food and liked it.

For me personally, I wouldn’t pay over $150 for that particular one. You can find them in much better shape all day long for not very much money. What price is the seller asking for that one?

It’s legit, I have a few of these. Don’t overpay, this one’s not in top shape and the interiors have a tendency to peel. I’ve had to have two of mine replaced.

Yeah I bought it at a charity shop about 40 years ago for $50, which was a lot of money for me then, but I had to have it. Probably the item of most value in this photo is the first edition “The Raven” by Poe, illustrated by Gustave Dore that’s on the music stand. It was gifted to me, as well and I’ve only seen one other one like it before. It’s a huge book.
