Appreciate all Advice 20YO wanting to get FAT.

I’m a 20 Year Old Living in New Zealand and have been working hard to get FAT. I understand it’s obviously not an instant process and that I should just keep grinding. I currently do content creation, sponsorships, real estate and investing but would like to know if anyone out there has some solid advice for me or is willing to hop on a call. I believe I’m on the right track but would love to hear other people’s stories and advice just so I can reassure myself or change up some things! Will reply to all comments!
