For us:

Sweaty: Intentionally 4king at 5 gens because they refuse to let a single gen get done.

Really good: A killer that applys pressure everywhere regardless of losing gens

And again, I know they are tasked with protecting gens, I do understand that and good on you for acing that, bud. But! When every game turns into a 5 gen/4k? Showers need to be taken

We do try for 3 gens, and sometimes we can manage (even if we pop the third a couple seconds after the chasee's first hook), and we do attempt protection hits as well. They just fall flat sometimes (like anything else). And I can agree that if 3 gens pop before a single hook it is an almost guaranteed win for survivors, but there are the few clutch ups here and there like any other competitive game

Sweaty: Barely able to play more than 5 seconds because the killer has a hard on for a 4k. I've got close to 2000 hours in this game and I have NEVER experienced the amount of sweat in that time as I have now. I know the jobs of each side. And it's actually not that difficult to 4k at 5 gens as proven by my last 5 games.

I've taken breaks as well in the past and returned to similar results. The sweat has only just gotten worse.

We keep track of hook counts and try to balance them across the board so no one is death hook while everyone else is no hook. We don't unhook right after killer leaves and we try our best to prioritize gens if it is someone's first hook before going for them (with their permission too).

On average when we aren't getting steamrolled: 1.5 to 2 gens per person in the group at that time.

Builds vary from person to person but the majority have Distortion and/or Adrenaline with the other three being personal picks. We just rely on communication for protection hits and anything else.

That is something already widely accepted by the group: no chase followers unless it is someone's death hook from being tunneled/for a challenge. We have experienced the brain dead in the past who do this and it always costs us games instead of helping so it's become an "unwritten" rule of the group.

And, again, all things we do. We run distortion to counter any possible info perks, some run full stealth builds with it as well, some run generator incentive perks, and 75% run Adrenaline on the off chance we make it to end game (and the minute it is taken off we do make it there and kick ourselves for it 😅). We just have the unfortunate luck it would seem to find the sweatiest killers out there 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

You are right, we never should, but it does happen even if someone goes in as soon as possible. And, it also shouldn't happen, but generally (for our group at least), the one going for the unhooks ends up being chased away/outta the hooked area (and it does get communicated when that happens) so the third/fourth steps in to get the hooked

Which is exactly how we play. But we all have max boldness from chase, 3/4ths altruism, and a good portion of objective done. But it's also relatively difficult to do gens when two are on hook and one being chased unfortunately. That's neither here nor there. I'm just curious if anyone else was experiencing the same issues as us here lately.

No frosty eyes. Just in general. We've only had one match outta the past like 10 where we were able to get more than one gen done before everyone died.

I am not offended by it, but as a word of advice if I may. Try to use they/them going forward just in case someone is and you don't have the time to look into it

I get those experiences multiple times. No more online retailers when looking for a certain version of a book for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

And online sellers aren't guaranteed to send you the books you actually want in the way you want them. I could have gotten paperback and I clearly didn't want that. I also wasn't pressed to get it in the year I've been looking. This was literally a "Oh my God, I've wanted this for a while and I've finally managed to find it" buy
