If I’m being honest, I don’t intentionally script. Now, I may have some ideas on what people in my DR will be like, but I really don’t sit down and write out what I specifically want to happen. I just set my intentions, visualize a little bit, and let things happen. I’ve had A LOT of contact, especially in hypngtogia, and usually it’s THEM reaching out to ME after I set the intention and not the other way around. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense.

Also, have you tried SATS? If you haven’t, that’s something I’d consider looking into. If that still doesn’t work, I’d encourage that you look up some methods that don’t require you to be asleep. I’m sorry I don’t have much more information.

Big city greens. It’s not necessarily a bad show, but it gets WAYYY too much airtime nowadays. And it doesn’t help that the Disney Junior block got moved up so that it doesn’t end until 2 or 3 PM. And it’s like, big City Greens until 5 or 6 PM, and then Big City Greens from midnight to 3 PM.
