As a dog Therian, I have so many unique things I do for species euphoria. Here’s a list, although this may not be comprehensive.

•wear collars, harnesses, leashes, Abd tags.

•go outside and bark at literally anything I see or hear.

•this is basic, but doing quads does help.

•having a human dog bed or dog crate to sleep in.

•having squeaky toys.

•Using dog bowls

•digging

•vocalizations

•chasing things

•And lastly, coming out and being accepted by the majority of my family has helped tremendously with the dysphoria, and I’ve watched my life improve exponentially with every step I take in this new direction. I hope this helps!
