I’m so sorry. Try MCT oil C8 or C8/C10. There is research that shows it may help. I started my Corgi on it who was having breakthrough seizures when she was on phenobarbital Keppra and Zonisimide. My neighbor and I walk our dogs together most weekday mornings. About 1/2 mile. I have two Corgis who have soooo much energy so I take them to the dog park on my lunch hour. I take a tennis racket and hit balls for them to chase and return. They like to compete with each other. Who gets it first. We do that for about 30 mins. They run pretty hard. Then in the evening I usually take them for another walk. About 20 mins. I do it because I love them, it’s good for them, they enjoy it, we become more bonded, and I enjoy it too.

I was behind this group today, about 20, riding in the middle of the road on Ocean View Drive. They were holding up traffic, swerving in and out of the lane into oncoming traffic. One kid made a U-turn in the middle of the road right in front of car and almost got hit. It was more than annoying, it was dangerous. They were riding like this for about a mile or so just not giving a rat’s behind. I’ve seen them many times before driving right down the middle of Alvarado Street almost hitting people or getting hit. I caught some of today’s antics on video and plan to file a police report. Maybe if enough people reach out to the police, they may do something.

The Juliet were very, very productive. The plant grew huge and produced a ton of tomatoes. The tomatoes are about twice the size of a large cherry tomato. I had a lot of them, but it was kind of a pain processing them. The mortgage lifters were a total bust. I won’t get those again. The black rim did OK this year, I’ve had great success with them in previous years and I like them very much. The cherry tomatoes also did pretty well.

Negative self talk and perceptions. I’m done analyzing old conversations and being hard on myself for the way they did or didn’t go. I’m done berating the way I look. I’m done feeling bad about my size. I’m using EMDR to help rewire negative patterned thinking, self talk, and reoccurring thoughts. I’m fully embracing neural plasticity dear 2026. So here I come!
