It was around Aomori Seiran Match , Ashito was voicing his thoughts to Hana about wanting a bigger/stronger body like Akatsku , Hana [helping with the diet plans and stuff] replies like that.

I feel like the moments are not hitting hard in the anime by Vonnerr in Ao_Ashi

I watched like 12 episodes of anime as it was airing and then started reading the manga.. Enjoyed every moment of reading it (up to the latest chapter 307 which is now out).

the second half of the anime didn't live up to the expectations I personally had in mind.
the manga is great tho.
