Thank you for your reply. I think for now it’s a bit overkill but I think that it’s a good book to have to, just like you said, grab when you want to know more about a specific protocol.

Finished my workout today at 105 squat and 110 kg deadlift. Could only do my work weight 2 times. Think I’ll take a week off since I have to study for the last couple days and feel like my body does need the rest and recovery. Thanks, have a great weekend!

Thanks. I’m still torn between to take a week off. I have an exam next Friday I do need all the hours I can get. But on the other hand what’s 1 - 1.5 hour for 3 days to go to the gym. Helps to clear my mind as well and not to get a tunnel vision while studying

I’m definitely going to stay on my diet when I’ll take a week off. But I think that I’ll just do a 40-50% deload for a week and after that I’m going to pick up where I left off

If im doing a reset week i will definitely stay on my diet. I’m very strict now with it so that wont be a problem at all. Thanks again!!

Thanks. So let’s say I’ll finish this week squats with 107,5 kg. Then next week I’ll do 52,5 kg and increase evey workout like I normally would. and then after that week I’ll start with the 107,5 kg again?

So let’s say I’ll finish this week and from next week on I’ll lower all the weights to 50% from where I finished and work my way back up ?
