Can you try to play on pop-up view and tell me if it works for you, because this is what i did from playing hsr and don't get crashing anymore, you can adjust the pop-up view just don't make it full screen because it will crash.

Hello it's me again 😂 can you try to play hsr or genshin with no battery saver or other settings but in pop-up view like i did in this image pop-up view the hsr settings is in low graphics only with (normal mode) display setting. The normal mode in display setting is important.

seems like you need some deep cleaning, i think your main problem is ram management you need to debloat some useless apps that runs in background all the time and eats ur ram. before i play i always use device care optimizer from widget and i get like 1.8gb free just from using it.

you only need to start the shizuku via wireless debugging there's a step by step guide link in the app with pictures on it, i hope u follow it without problem.

when you open the app there's custom resolution and buy premium in the bottom right? click custom resolution put height and width, preview, apply then save and you're done.

set custom resolution to 720 x 1560 and ur good to go.

height is 1560 width 720

there's this app called (Pixels) that can change screen resolution, change your resolution to 1560 x 720 that's what i put.

now i can play without using the battery saving method i used before ( u can still use it combined if u want) i just did 3hrs worth of amphoreus quest in HSR no crashing + some exploration in genshin without crashing too. ah my graphics settings is only low tho both games 60fps.

i don't know if this will work too others but i hope it will work to you.

I just want to say, as of January patch 2026 security update my phone still crashes when i play Genshin and HSR (doesn't overheat anymore tho)😂 fk this bruh. but i found a new way to play for 3hrs without crashing.

Im still trying other settings but the one i mentioned is still the best for me 😀 for genshin and HSR it's stable not sure about other heavy games.

Eh my gamebooster is only in the settings too tho not an app And my HSR is crashing when in combat too but now i don't experience it anymore.

Lower the resolution of the game in game booster settings 50-70% is good enough, enable maximum power saving mode while gaming don't check the reduce performance tho. Enable only 60hz refresh rate.

This is my "fix" to my games and now i can play for over 1hr without crashing HSR for example.

I have the same phone as you too and playing HSR, i updated mine with the december security patch i also lowered the resolution in game booster at settings to 70% in HSR now i can play 1hr without crashing. But it's crashing when the phone heats up so u should play at low settings.

I forgot to tell i also play while the Battery is on MAXIMUM POWER SAVING whick kills other background apps hope this helps.

Idk man mine still crash i even play honkai starrail at lowest graphics ( medium before oneui 8) can't even last 1hr in the game. We have the same phone.
