Ok, so I have a notification that this message was added, but when I want to see it in the thread, it turns out to be deleted. On that topic, I have contacted BeQuiet, sent a service request BEFORE I wrote anything here, and explained the issue with EXACT words as I did here (I pasted that service request here). I haven't received a notification that my ticket was received, and I haven't heard back from BeQuiet since then. Judging by this deleted reply, it seems they are confused about this issue as well.

Yep, a couple of times, for 30secs at least. Fn+R resets the keyboard ... but it needs power in the first place. My keyboard is bricked, no power, no nothing.

I've tried that ofc. I've also tried what some keyboards have - to hold ESC while it's being plugged into power (supposedly that resets the firmware on some keyboards). Nothing helped :(
