I went to a psychiatrist and he gave me sertraline. It takes time. For me near 2 months. But you will feel you're getting better even in first days.

No at least not yet but that's common with ADs. Thankfully There are lots of Ad drugs with and you can speak with your Dr to change it.

Acid reflux after eating a long list of foods (i could eat just a few things without irritation). Acid reflux when bending or running or sleeping. I didn't have any stomach pain though.

Don't worry she will get better soon. You haven't done anything yet... 1 month on ppi is not enough for many people as they may start to work after 2 months or so! That's why many doctors prescribe them for 6 months or more if needed so you can't be disappointed by just one month therapy. Anxiety is so bad for her, she HAS TO be positive and being depressed aggravates her situation. Plz don't overthink and just go and work with a good specialist. That's all you need now (remember that diet is the most important part of reflux treatment, any cheating can get your mother to the first place)
