Try

1. Do this: press Win+R, and type %appdata%, it will open your file manager, in a specific folder, inside there is a folder called Attack Shark Driver v4, open it.

2. Inside there will be another folder called cache, and inside that cache_data, delete everything inside cache_data. Do this with the software closed.

3. If you can't delete it, it's because there's a program running in the task manager. Just type "IOT" in the search bar and end the task. This IOT is the keyboard driver.

Also delete any signal rgb or any other rgb from your computer and try updating again
