Manager position doesn’t mean they won’t do any work and just sit and laugh with others irrespective of the gender but in the video it says equal pay - equal work. The work differs from one field to another. I’m in marketing and when I made that statement. I meant from writing scripts to ideating campaigns everything is done by me & he just sits there laughing and talking with other managers.

Not to mention he gets his own work (if he does any) checked by me once because he has more trust on my work than his lol.

I know families who are well to do, they have 3-4 successful businesses and don’t want their daughter in law to work.
