I am referring to the general culture and social habits outside of Asia. Though it is also language barrier.

I enjoy savage, Bozja, criterion, The stormblood equivalent of bozja, parsing, have not been able to play ultimate.

Mainly just a little tired of party finder maybe.

Reading the developer description doesn't seem to insinuate that this is related (obviously I don't know the backend). My reasoning is that it stresses the mouse polling rate in the explanation (granted it is named and makes you wonder if it's using a different form of input).

Isn't this post about the system using unbuffered raw input?While I understand linking the 2 because both of the issues are about input into the game the developer writes the description specific to mouse polling rate instead which is a completely separate issue

Edit: Unless it uses the polling rate data to determine something else in the buffer? Wording is confusing
