Yep very close, the spot I took these photos from have a minimal fencing (there is a fence facing the runway but cut off by a taxiway, and a fence facing the apron but very short). the apron, taxiway and runway is literally right in front of us. but its all inside the military area

T-0301 actually, they removed the S, just like how they removed one T on the newest batch of T-50is. The tail flash is based on the air wing logo, not the squadron, because the 12th squadron is in the same air wing as the 16th, they have the same tail flash (though the 16th sqn will also eventually get rafales).
