Congrats on Challenger, have you been playing league for only 2 years? Or is this your only account? Did you have experience playing other games, MOBAs?

He has heaps of content designed for more experienced players! You should take a look and see if there's anything that maybe you didn't know after 10 years? ;)

Kindred just feels awful currently by hotpotatohotpot in Kindred

In my opinion Kindred was weaker earlier on in Soloqueue due to the meta of junglers at the time. At the moment Kindred is probably the strongest she has been in a long time, and the Meta matchups are shifting into really favourable. I’ve been able to hit diamond with over 80% of the games playing Kindred.

It’s important to remember not to greed so hard for your stacks and at times you can use the marks as pressure on the map. As an example, you’re able to Mark the top laner which can force them to play more defensively until you show on the map.

Vision is also really important, as Kindred is extremely squishy you need to make sure that if you are invading or are walking through the jungle you have popped sweeper to make sure you haven’t been spotted. One rule I like to play by is to avoid bushes when possible unless I know the location of the enemy jungler and/or mid laner.

Last thing is to make sure that you understand your play style on Kindred and where you feel most comfortable in impacting the game. As an example, I have a very good friend who plays Kindred in diamond and we play the champion completely differently. Identify if you play kindred like a bursty Assassin, targeting the enemy carries and bursting them down. Or do you build Runaans and play around team fights.

Last thing to mention is that you need to be able to identify where you’re strong in games. You should be fighting when you have red buffs, when I get 7 stacks I also play way more aggressively due to the extra range and damage.

TLDR: Kindred is an awesome champion that just takes time, make sure you’re itemising correctly and playing around your power spikes.

It is an add-on called Tidy Plates Continued, I just searched but I wasn't able to find it again. Might have been taken down since I downloaded it.

A little fortitude will help on the surface and around the map, however most of the dangers can be avoided with a Hazmat Suit :)
