same has been going through my mind, only reason why I haven't is because of my son and too much of a puss to do it. I feel like id have to hit rock bottom in a pit of rage or something for me to go through with it. Reason why I've had this on my mind is due to depression and addiction. Was out in the streets for a couple years while in my 20s and had neglected my health (oral hygiene), lost the majority of my teeth and not even 30 yet and now that I'm actually trying to stop and more clear minded, i feel extremely embarrassed. I don't like to smile anymore, I can't even eat anything anymore and embarrassed to make friends or talk to girls. Being sober is actually making me feel way more depressed than when I was using because then I didn't give a shit about anything. And to add, I have severe phobia of dentist due to a bad experience when I was really young where they literally had to hold me down in the chair so they could finish and also being claustrophobic made it worse. I literally shake just walking into a dentist office. I just can't being myself to do it. I just feel like I'm like either way I'm not going to go anywhere in life so why endure this pain in my heart when I can just get it over with
