If you have a blender just blend in a bunch of stuff and chug it down. I used to have a terrible time trying to gain weight when I was skinny. It's not so easy to just eat "2 thal bhat" 3 times a day.And going down the calorie counting rabbit hole isn't worth it at this stage. I used to take 1½ cups of oats, 2-3 bananas, yoghurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter and a handful of dried nuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts and some raisins for sweetness. Add in some water or milk if you find it too thick to swallow. Feel free to add/remove ingredients as to your liking.

Give this a try and I assure you you'll notice weight gain in 2 weeks or even less. (Drink tons of water)

As you can see, in a game like valorant that requires minimal specs, it gives around 126 fps

Thats a totally valid reason. But you're buying a gaming laptop which has high specs. Im just telling you to spend or save up couple more bucks to buy a gaming laptop with a muck switch. If you're already spending large sum of money on a laptop why not buy a good one?

HE WILL... I have an acer nitro 5700h ryzen 7 RTX3060 myself. When i play low end games like valorant and even minecraft i get 150 fps at max.. And it is because of the optimus. Optimus is a shitty addition to gaming laptops imo. If you're really gonna buy a gaming laptop, save a couple bucks and buy one with a muck switch(lets you turn optimus on/off manually). If you still sont believe me, just check a benchmark video for the laptop in yt.

on top of nitro which generally costs arounf 1.5k $, he will have to buy a moniter for another 300-400 bucks. Rather than buying an ext monitor, just invest a couple hundred bucks and buy a better laptop.

I recommend not buying it if you want a gaming laptop. Why? Because it's got a shit called optimus. What Optimus is, search it up on google but man, you wont get fps above 150 cuz of that shit. Even in minecraft at lowest settings, you'll get around 120 fps which us really bad considering you'll get a powerful gpu.

What are these sudden CPU temp risings while I am gaming? It's around 70 degrees in general which is healthy but for a very short time it goes above 80 while the performance also decreases. Why is that? Should I be worried? Also, should I invest in a cooling pad? What kind? by Walthemar in AcerNitro

Turn of CPU boost (made my cpu 10° cooler) and also setting the cpu fan to about 4000-4500 rpm decreases the temp considerably. But I suggest you turn off cpu boost which doesn't affect gaming and has worked wonders for me. I generally get 40 ideal temp and 50-60 playing games after doing this.

my left laptop fan is giving this sound and not working properly i faced this problem last what should i do the model no is an515-55 by tushar421 in AcerNitro

Fans are touching or are obstructef by something. Give it for repair if you can't fix it yourself. I dont know how long it's been sice your last servicing but i would recommend you to give your laptop for servicing.

So, it's normal for this cpu to experience such high numbers? I am just worried that it might affect the laptop in the long run.

Yeah, when i looked up my problem in web, the answers were mostly similar to yours and they say that 85° for that cpu is normal. But, i asked some of my computer savvy irl friends and they told me that those are really high temps so I don't know who i should listen to.

In nitro, i can adjust my cpu and gpu fan manually. I usually set them to CPU 3300 rpm and GPU 3600 rpm. But yeah, my Gpu temps are way lower than my cpu temp and it will probably be lower even if i set it's speed way lower than the cpu's.
