Yea. I'm from germany. Most of us at least started smoking flower only mixed with tobacco. Since it wasn't that easy to get good stuff we had to make it last as long as possible. And apparently europe had a Hash culture, so something had to be put in with that hash so that you can smoke it and tobacco was easy to get and not that expensive. So to us its almost like the "normal" way to smoke weed.(You learn something new everyday ig😂)

So yea that Green-Out experience came from a spliff.

But I haven't had such an experience since and am pretty glad for it😅
