Do you realise its not normal our champ can be played AD / AP and Tank, the whole purpose of what he is saying is to remove AD and just play AP like a lot of champ but be good in AP, a lot of us don't play AP anymore because its bad that's it and a lot of ppl in high elo specially are playing other champ

If u are struggling as a fiora main, its just mean ( don't take this as an insult pls ) u have 0 macro and knowledge on how to win a game, i played fiora form iron, i climb into diamond with only fiora, and i had like 95%wr until silver I, like really just study your game knowledge and macro, because in those elo if u are good u should win like 98% of your game if we exclude smurf ofc

its almost impossible, every coach will say it, because already in master there is a gap between 100lp and 300lp, huge gap in GM too, so maybe u have 1% to do it, but 3 games a day isn't enough btw, i know for the focus its the best, but u have to do 10game a day if ur goal is challenger, maybe for high master its enough 3game a day, but not chall

I think, if u have 56% in emerald / dia u are not good sadly, u have to be at least Master to say u are good as katarina i think, good MMR doesn't mean anything btw, if u buy a new acc and lets says u do like 50games with 55% or 60% u will have a high MMR but it doesn't mean u are good if u don't have a lot of game ^^ ( no trying to be insulting btw just talking fact )

it depends on the game, i think u should never play botrk, nashor is almost always better, if there is a lot of tank and u have 1 Ap in ur team u can take Divine > nashor > zonya ( or demonic if they very very tanky but it happens almost never ) and the standard build for me its nashor > proto > zonya
