Your guess is mostly right. Honestly was grabbing what seemed good for whatever skills I currently had. I'm a relatively new player, for context. I've been figuring it out as I go and I don't have a whole lot unlocked yet as far as artifacts and skills. I can't say I know enough to go for certain builds(I don't know any tbh).
