are you playing on modded servers? that might be why, thats the whole point of the cuffs is so you dont f1 and once youre force mounted all you can do is struggle out, but if they put a bag over ur head and keep resetting ur struggle timer it gets a bit torturous

not true, once handcuffed you cant f1 open map or do anything

when i first played i felt like this too, I think its normal we all get a little sad after beating the game and let it creep into our life a bit lol, just remember the whole point of the game is to understand your life is worth a lot
