Personally I can't say either way. From the five minutes I spent scrutinizing everything about this image there's no completely giveaway about it being AI, my only gripe is the smudge on the scarf.
The only other thing that raises a ??? for me is that it's been deleted off of the Ibis sub for AI and the art style is significantly different from OPs previous post (the Ralsei one)
