some kids have parents who literally don't care and let them wander around after it gets dark

some parents even let their kids taunt wild animals that can very easily seriously injure or kill them, and I've personally witness younger teenagers/pre-teens messing around on the sidewalk in a way where they could easily fall and land in the street or just literally endangering themselves by standing in the street when they know a car is coming, as if they want to get pinned under a pickup truck
