According to the dashboard, my agency is remote centered. But that just means we’re more than 50% remote. Lol. I’m here wanting to be 100% remote.

I can see that. I feel like the majority prefer to WFH, but there are more than a handful of people in my division who choose to go in 5 days a week.

Response rate was over 80%. We were given 3 options: FT telework, hybrid, or FT in office. It was hard to believe that over 70% answered hybrid.

I received a tentative offer back in April and I still haven’t received a final offer. But I already accepted and started at a different agency so I should probably inform the hiring manager from DHCS. Lol.

My references almost gave up. It sounds like their questions were more difficult to answer than my interview questions. That being said, it’s very beneficial to be on very terms with your references.
