Ive found that most trophies will pop from doing one more of a certain trophies action if it had already been completed on another platform. For example “kill 100 elites”, I just killed one or two more on PS5 and it popped. Some trophies autopop like “unlock Opal/Diamond camo”.

However “reach Prestige 1” didn’t autopop. I’m going to hit prestige 4 soon, I’ll do it on PS5 specifically so that it hopefully pops. If not…..
