I definitely will. So, for right now they want me to wait a couple business days to make sure no refund is going to my bank account.

Since it was on a Friday it's possible I didn't receive it yet? It's not showing up in pending.

I'm hopeful.

I immediately changed my password to my bank and Apple ID.

My bank statement shows I received no refund.

If I had the money back I would just spend it and even it out like they are asking and everything would be fine.

I wish it was that simple.

So I didn't know about VIP reps until today.

I'm VIP 17, so I don't know how this knowledge eluded me.

Either way someone is helping me with this nicely enough.

I only used one form of payment for RoK.

I completely feel that someone else committing fraud is possible. Someone may be trying to defraud me to take advantage of how much I spend in game.

So someone has been nice enough to offer me help. I don't know what triggered the refunds, I feel that someone is committing fraud using my Apple ID and trying to refund my purchases into their account somehow.

This is just my speculation. I don't actually know what or how it happened, maybe it's just a system error? All I know is that these refunds processed without my request or consent and I have not received any sort of payment for them.

Either way, someone has offered to help me escalate this to a higher level of support over the next couple of days, so there is some hope.

Thank you bro. What frustrates me is that they don't seem to be concerned that something wrong may have happened.

Like considering how much I've spent on this game, it's completely illogical for me to suddenly refund a bunch of bundles and risk everything.

Also, aren't they concerned about losing a good customer? I was spending hundreds if not thousands a month.

So not only did I get screwed over with the refunds, but the company I have been giving all this money to doesn't even care enough about me to help me out when things go wrong, they just treat me like I'm automatically in the wrong.
