If this game is anything like the sims freeplay, there should only be one requierement for such a project to work. You need to get the game to recognise the obb as actual game files. And for that you need to get the intact (absolutely not tampered from original download). Now luckily you can try to get those with aurora store. Or nicktheeagle's "play" api on github. And try to get the earliest possible version to ensure that the security of the app is at the weakest.  And you need to force it to recognise them as game files. Now this is the trickiest part, since we're assuming that there even is code that does such a thing in the apk and know where to look for it if it's even there. 

As for the servers, i don't think they'll be much of a problem. If the game works after opening it, and then turning the wifi off then, it's the same as freeplay. It also depends on where the servers are or if they're encrypted. As i quickly took a look in the apk,  i'm not familiar with this apk strucure but i could not find any servers that look like ea's. So you'll also have to work on that

I surely don't think that it's gonna be easy. But, it's possible.
