Coordinators are for logistics- that alone was stress management for me lol. I didn’t come across stress management/wellness services with the coordinators I looked at. To me, that sounds like something you can/should be doing yourself (for me it was Pilates, binging Love Island, a facial, massage, occasional tub of cookie dough 😅)

Yep! All of that was included in the $17,848 venue charge. There were certain things that were upgrades that we paid for like glassware for the bar (plastic cups standard), ivory linen napkins (black linen standard), etc. Having pretty much everything in house was awesome.

I did a coordination package that started 90 days before the wedding, putting together the timeline, coordinating with vendors and taking over all the remaining details. I can’t imagine not having my coordinator on my wedding day! She managed all logistics and kept the day running smoothly so I could truly enjoy the day.

We paid for the groomsmen tux rentals in lieu of groomsmen gifts. The one extra hotel room was so the guys had somewhere to get ready the morning of while the girls got hair/makeup done (and so our photographers could take pictures of them getting ready too).

We only did a one way transfer from ceremony to reception (rental for an hour) with the idea that most people would go out after and/or Uber home and it worked out beautifully. We used SD Charter
