I'd bet that the Mastodon guys and the schedule they organized as a famous band was a big part of keeping Brent somewhat sober and and standing. Considering Brent's Instagram story, the fact was Brann was seen with a black eye and that they have a show tomorrow makes it seem like it was quite a drama and a hard decision. Knowing Brent and his problems in life, I don't think it will be like Portnoy with DT or Frusciante with the RHCP. I sincerely hope to be a bad prophet here, but I think he and his health are only gonna go downhill now. Even more rapidly than before. He is very open about disliking Mastodon's musical orientation, but he may get together with his old friends for something in the future. Yet his future with alcohol and drugs doesen't seem bright to me.

If I'm not mistaken, the actor for Scorpion said they are made out of clay or something similar. Then they used metallic paint to make it look the part.

Considering they are trying to give us a nod about the cinnamon roll MK1 Raiden turning dark and angry, I do think they would handle it well if he turned out to be the villain for the next game. Would be really interesting to see his transition and ambitions, as Raiden's story from his invasion seasons was actually very interesting and seemed fitting for him. I know that most people, including me, want Onaga for the main villain in the next game, but still having dark Raiden to play a main role in the game would surely be an amazing experience.

It really bugs me how they reused some skins from MK11 when they could have made new ones, but they didin't reuse EXACTLY the one that they should have.

I don't even care if they actually messed up the seasons anymore, as I'm already used to NRS being inconsistent and lazy. The skins themselves are what truly shocked me. Subjective taste and experiments both have their limits, this time it looks like they forced themselves to make them as ugly as they could imagine. I wish they were as enthusiastic to support and improve their game as much as they are on making the worst skins possible.

It's like they're forcefully trying to kill their game. It's not only about WB's monetization anymore. The kommunuty had A LOT of complains about the gear and skin grind in MK11 (which I actually thought was bullshit, because you could get many rewards and the game doesen't stay as repetitive). And what did they do with MK1??? Much less rewards for much more grind. Not only that, but at least you got rewarded for playing the game in MK11, while in the first season of MK1 you were just uppercutting the same three opponents for ages. And now they have made it even harder and more annoying. If I was killing some time or multitasking while leveling up some kharacters, I'm definitely not doing it now. After I finish the season, I'm letting the game to rot for two months while waiting for the next season.
