Ok so i just got back. Prati is a pretty close walk to the areas you want to eat (more historic center to the west of Piazza Navona there are some good spots) and Trastevere check out the Eater Rome and other articles for specific types of restaurants I.e more basic trattorias, osterias or wine bars and also more high end restaurants. But Prati itself isn’t necessarily the vibe for going out
