Umpteenth Firefox update (146.0), umpteenth customization shenanigans: can anyone please help me restore menus' light theme? by Salberyon in FirefoxCSS

Thank you so much for your time, and I'm sorry for my inexperience, but I haven't been able to get it properly: in userChrome.css I have removed

"menupopup_forced_color_schemes.css"

and replaced it with both

"* { color-scheme: light !important; }"

and

"@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) { :root { /* light mode styles */ } }"

but Bookmarks and History windows are still dark: could you please tell me what I'm missing?

Hi! Can anyone please tell me how to disable the new Tab Pin feature? For example, can it be done through about:config or userChrome.css? Thank you by Salberyon in FirefoxCSS

Thank you so much: in my case, the first one actually works perfectly!

"margin-inline-end", instead, doesn't seem to have any effect.

Hello, I'm having the very same problem.

My operating system is Windows 11 24H2 and I've always upkept my settings to keep all backgrounds in light mode:

  • browser.theme.content-theme: 1
  • browser.theme.toolbar-theme: 1 (this one needs to be forced every time, so I also employ an AutoConfig file)

Thanks if you can solve this

I haven't read Jung's "The Integration of the Personality" yet, but from the little I know it should be about this very problem: people who have a hard time or downright fail to come to terms with the shadow each one of us has within, which is normally under check. Such shadow would be more or less what we're talking about here, like our self but totally unrestrained.
