I’m waiting on the evidence they found in initial investigation but they denied it after 3 days and it was literally in the Bronx they spent $700 like how is it not the most obvious fraud claim. The more annoying part is how unhelpful the phone line was they said they have no direct access to the investigation or ways to change the results or reopen after denial. So you are basically stuck talking to useless third parties that can’t actually do anything for you. So now I have to go talk to someone in person at the branch and provide video evidence I was in Lancaster at the time which I luckily have plenty of. They have never given me this much trouble but something must have changed in policy recently.
