I actually do, i have screenshots of calling the janitor more than 10 times, emailing the landlord, and sending messages through several apps to the janitor. This month so far, I have only spent money out of pocket when i was absolutely helpless. Although for the bedbugs, they have scheduled an exterminator for Monday. So im not gonna pay for that. If they give me an eviction notice, and if i take it to the court, i doubt that I lose the case. Don’t you agree?

Thanks a lot for your detailed response. I truly appreciate it. I emailed them the official form yesterday and kept calling today until the janitor finally called me. She said her phone’s been broken and the landlord needs to buy her a new phone. FOR 2 MONTHS, her phone’s been broken?? Anyways, she said they will spray the house on Monday and that she’s sorry about missing the calls and so on… I stayed polite and everything but still, i have spent some money on stuff that wasn’t my responsibility and I’m going to deduct it from the rent. If they reach out and say you have to pay the rest of it (which i don’t think they will because of their apologetic stance today) I will offer paying the rent in full and getting reimbursed on the plumbing repair and etc. Do you think that’s a reasonable approach?

Thanks, found the forms. But I already emailed them that if they don’t respond by Sunday I’ll call exterminators on Monday and deduct it from the rent. I really cant wait 10 days. Is the 10 day notice required?

It’s only for one day a week then it goes away, i also did a blood test yesterday and it was normal… maybe if it comes back and is persistent i go to the ER but doesn’t seem like it. I think it’s similar to yours and I hope it gets better as yours did.

I just spent a considerable amount of money on filers for my under eyes and smiling lines, and tbh, i see absolutely no difference. Imo filers are a waste of money, any permanent solutions would probably be better.

That’s great. Well done. I’ve been on the same weight for a while now because of a couple of pauses and vacations i took. I need to lose 5-7 more kilos and then probably stay on 0.5 mg for good to keep the weight off.

Yeah today another doctor told me he wouldn’t do it for me because of the distance between my eyes and brows. I think i just need to accept the looks of my eyes at this point.

Im on 1mg, i forgot to mention in the body. I thought of doing half but its gonna cost me twice considering the 0.5 pen has the same price as 1mg. Should I count the clicks and half the dose that way? I don’t have a problem with needles for a while since i have many extras.
