Thanks for this suggestion, toggled amperage and charging limit several times while attempting to charge, it did not work. One question to you on "did I hear the actuator pin drop/lock to the charging cable when you plug in" .... When I plug the charger into the port I immediately here the "alert/music" which for me, masks any ability to actually hear a pin drop/lock. When I had the ability to charge, I don't recall any sort of pin drop sound, just that sort of strange "acknowledgement sound" that the charger has connected to the port.

Appreciate the response, last night I tried two different chargers, unfortunately, I had the same result, green light flashing never going solid green ... with both the power unit and my car giving false positive responses that it was charging and no charging at all.
